Alumni of The Natural Yogi’s 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training who want to refresh their knowledge of sequencing and deepen their skills with in depth anatomy for sequencing and Ayurveda

Meet Your Teachers
Lucy McCarthy
Lucy has been teaching Vinyasa Yoga since 2009 in some of London’s most famous studio’s. Her breath-led Vinyasa Yoga classes take you on a transformative journey through your mind, body, emotions and heart. Lucy has over a 1000 hours of training in Vinyasa Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Yoga Nidra and more. Together with Eliza, she started the 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Madrid in 2019.
Eliza Coolsma
Eliza is a Vinyasa Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Health Counselour. She has been teaching Vinyasa Yoga classes since 2009 when she was living in her home country The Netherlands. When she moved to Madrid 12 years ago, she founded The Natural Yogi, Madrid’s only English spoken yoga studio. Her Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes are based on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and create deep inner balance & transformation.
