‘Lucy and Eliza are the dream team that share their knowledge in their own personal way while complementing each other in an amazing way. You feel welcomed, seen and also challenged to improve on your own personal level. I can’t recommend this training this enough.’

Andrea Walter, 2021 in person Graduate

‘You don’t know this yet , but this course will change you in ways you never imagined possible. You’ll be stronger, more compassionate and transformed by it.’

Susann Pietschmann, 2022 online Graduate

‘Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This has been more of a journey than I ever imagined. I feel truly grateful to have been part of it and to have been a student of you both. For all your support, feedback, care and devotion, thank you.’

Cathrin Queins, 2023 in person Graduate

‘The training takes you on a journey back home, like the name: Homecoming. You might not excactly know what that is in the beginning but at the end you have arrived. It is a place where the heart is filled with love for the pratice of yoga and the joy of sharing this amazing gift. It's been the greatest thing you can give yourself!’

Ria Lilley, 2023 in person graduate

‘The Homecoming training has been a gift to me. When I’m older, I’m sure that I will look back on it as a formative experience of my young adulthood. I have grown profoundly from this container, not in a cliché ‘love and light’ way, but deeply, I have grown as a person. Through studying this course, yoga has come to mean so much to me, keeping me tethered to stability through the pains and uncertainties of life. Eliza and Lucy pass the torch of their wisdom with so much intelligence and grace. I would recommend this training to anybody looking to grow, to make friends, and to form a deeper and more gentle relationship with themselves.’

This training is for you if you have fallen in love with yoga and feel a sincere calling to humbly share the teachings of yoga with others.

What to expect

This training is grounded in the fluid, graceful tradition of Vinyasa Flow with an emphasis on linking the breath with movement to embody the ‘union’ at the heart of yoga. This training invites you to transform and embody yoga on and off the mat.

We share Vinyasa Flow Yoga that is breath-led, conscious and inclusive. And allows you to experience the full spectrum of the practice: asana, pranayama & meditation as well as yoga philosophy and Ayurveda.

This training is for anyone who recognises themselves in any or all of these:

  • Students of yoga who would like to go deeper into their practice, beyond a 1 hour class

  • You don’t consider yoga a ‘workout’ and are interested in the asana / postures as well as all the other layers of the practice

  • Eager to know yourself more completely & look at the places in your life where there is no yoga / union yet

  • Desire to share yoga with others (in some capacity)

  • Yoga might have helped you gain peace in challenging times and you’d like to share this peace with others

  • Yoga teachers from other lineages (Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, etc.) who would love to be able to share Vinyasa Yoga classes as well

  • Vinyasa Yoga teachers who missed something in their training (for example sequencing, Ayurveda, esoteric anatomy) and would like to dive deeper & improve their teaching skills
